Diane was great during the house hunting, closing of the first home, house hunting again when the first house fell through, and closing of the second home. Diane even came out to the new home after the storm in January to check on things while we were in transition from Nevada to Tennessee. Diane was great with all the homes she showed us, she understood what we were looking for. Diane followed up with the seller's agent consistently until the sale of the home. Diane is so knowledgeable in her field, always professional and courteous, she puts in all the work that goes with buying and selling a home, is very well connected if trades are needed and they are the same, she definitely takes pride in her work and it shows 100%.
